Alive Gym provides fitness guidance, workout plans, nutrition estimates, and AI-assisted suggestions for educational, athletic, and informational purposes only. Alive Gym is NOT a licensed medical healthcare provider, medical diagnostic service, or physical therapy clinic.
Always consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before initiating any new exercise regimen, weightlifting split, calorie deficit, or dietary protocol, especially if you have a history of cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal injury, or metabolic conditions. You perform all workouts and dietary plans at your own risk.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Alive Gym mobile applications, websites (alivegym.in, admin.alivegym.in), or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using the Service.
02. User Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to register for an Alive Gym account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
03. VIP Athlete Subscriptions & Payments
Alive Gym offers both a free tier and a premium "VIP Athlete" subscription:
- Billing: VIP subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Google Play In-App Billing or Apple App Store In-App Purchases.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel anytime directly in your device store settings (Google Play Store Subscriptions or iOS Apple ID Subscriptions). Refund requests are governed by Google Play and Apple Store refund policies.
04. Gemini AI Coach & Estimates
Workout recommendations and macro advice provided by the Alive Coach AI are algorithmically generated using Google Gemini AI models. While we strive for extreme precision, AI recommendations should be treated as fitness inspiration and adjusted to your individual bodily feedback. Calorie and macro calculations are scientific estimates (using Mifflin-St Jeor formulas) and may vary based on individual metabolic variation.
05. Intellectual Property Rights
The Alive Gym name, logo, 3D anatomical charts, UI designs, codebases, audio timers, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of Alive Gym Technologies. You may not copy, distribute, decompile, or reverse engineer any portion of the Service.
06. Account Termination & Erasure
You may terminate your account at any time either within the mobile app settings or via our public portal at alivegym.in/delete-account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, abuse of AI endpoints, or violation of community standards.
